Acceptance

By creating a workspace or signing in you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you may bind it.

The Service

Ethereal EBS is a multi-tenant business suite providing accounting, operations, and a wholesale B2B network for connecting vendors and wholesalers, facilitating leads, and pricing. We may add, change, or retire features over time.

Your account and data

You are responsible for your account, your team's access tiers, and the accuracy of the data you enter. You own your business data. You grant us the license needed to host and process it to run the Service and, in aggregated or de-identified form, to improve it.

Acceptable use and the network

Use the Service lawfully. You are responsible for your listings, prices, and any transactions with other companies. Ethereal EBS facilitates connections and provides recommendations; it is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any trade between members.

Disclaimers, liability, and changes

The Service and its pricing recommendations are provided "as is," without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. Material changes are posted here. Questions go through the contact form on the home page.
