What we collect

To provide Ethereal EBS ("the Service") we collect account information (name, work email, company, role); the business data you enter (customers, vendors, invoices, ledger entries, inventory, network listings and interests); the company details you submit to request access (domain, industry, sales range); and usage and technical data (log events, feature usage, device and browser details, IP address).

Why we collect it, improving the system included

We use this data to operate and secure the Service, provide support, and improve and develop it, including analyzing aggregated and de-identified usage to refine features, matching, pricing models, and reliability. We do not sell your personal or business data.

The wholesale network

Other companies see only what you explicitly publish. Private figures such as cost, margin, your books, and your customer records never cross to another tenant.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your workspace is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes, then delete or de-identify it. You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data using the contact form on the home page.
